Job summary

Knight Frank Malaysia seeks a proactive Advertising & Promotion Executive (Mall) to plan and execute thematic campaigns, events and promotions for a retail mall. You will coordinate with tenants, vendors and partners to drive foot traffic and revenue.

The role requires 1–3 years in A&P, marketing or events, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and social media is essential. This is a direct-search led by Knight Frank.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Event Management, or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of working experience in A&P, marketing, events, shopping malls, or retail industry.
• Experience in organising flea markets, bazaars, roadshows, or events is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute thematic promotions, campaigns, and events for a retail mall.

About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and creative A&P Executive to support the planning and execution of thematic / festive campaigns, events, and promotional activities for a retail mall in mixed development. The candidate will also be responsible for organizing flea markets, pop-up booths, and other leasing activities to drive foot traffic and revenue.

• Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and external partners for promotional activities.
• Assist in social media / publication content creation.
• Organise flea markets, bazaars, roadshows, and events.
