• Develop, code, test, and troubleshoot PLC programs based on project requirements and URS
• Integrate PLC systems with HMIs, DCS, SCADA systems and AI components
• Collaborate with electrical engineers to design electrical control systems and create wiring diagrams
• Develop documentation for PLC installations and modifications
• Participate in installation, commissioning, and testing of machines and PLC systems
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to PLC programs, hardware, or network communications
• Perform regular maintenance tasks including backups, software updates, and system optimizations
• Provide training and support to end-users, clients or operators on PLC systems
