Job summary

A legal firm in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a full-time Administrative Executive/Clerk to assist with daily administrative tasks, manage case files, and coordinate with law enforcement. Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Experience in document management and court filing are advantageous. This position will also involve basic bookkeeping and logistics management.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day firm administrative management.
  • Prepare and maintain case files and legal documents.

  • Handle incoming calls and take messages.
  • Engage in filing, photocopying and binding.

Full-time on-site Administrative Executive / Clerk position at Messrs. Loo Wai Hoong which includes the following descriptions:

  • supporting day-to-day firm administrative management and matters
  • preparing and maintaining case files and legal documents
  • assisting with court filing
  • co-ordinating enforcement raids and following-up on matters with law enforcement authorities, statutory bodies and clients
  • basic account book-keeping including issuing invoices and official receipts
  • managing office supplies and overseeing logistics including handling deliveries of documents and travel arrangements
  • answering incoming calls and taking messages
  • filing, photocopying and binding
Qualifications
