Job summary

A growing company in Selangor seeks an Administrative Sales Assistant who can handle sales inquiries, prepare quotations, and perform various administrative tasks. Candidates must be proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, with at least one year of related experience and familiarity with SQL Accounting. Immediate availability is preferred. Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
  • Able to communicate Mandarin due to business nature.

Responsibilities

  • Handle sales enquiry and prepare necessary documents.
  • Perform day to day general administrative tasks.
  • Conduct weekly stock checking for warehouse.
  • Ensure accurate filing and record-keeping.
  • Double check and key in expenses and claims.
  • Carry out other adhoc tasks assigned by superior.

  • To perform day to day general administrative tasks
  • Weekly stock checking for warehouse
  • Handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filing
