Fresenius Kabi Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Supply Chain and Sales teams. The role involves data compilation, analysis, and ensuring documentation aligns with company policies.

The ideal candidate holds a degree with CGPA 3.0+, possesses good interpersonal skills, and is proficient in Microsoft Office. A proactive, independent, team-oriented individual with own transport is preferred.

Responsibilities

Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

Support the Supply Chain and Sales team in compiling, tabulating and assisting to analyze data prior to implementation of tasks and projects.

Administer Supply Chain and Sales procedures in accordance to established policies and procedures.

Collate data for periodic reports and other required documentation within the pre agreed deadlines.

Manage inventory of items.

Provide support in other administrative task as assigned by the Company.

Requirements:

Degree in any discipline with a CGPA of 3.0 and above

Possess good interpersonal skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required
