Qualifications

  • 1–3 years working experience in admin or customer service, clinic experience is an advantage.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily administrative operations of the clinic.
  • Manage clinic documentation, filing, and data entry.
  • Prepare and update reports and basic administrative paperwork.
  • Assist in purchasing, inventory tracking, and stock management.
  • Ensure smooth clinic workflow and support the clinical team.

Skills

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Administration or related field.
  • 1–3 years working experience in admin or customer service (clinic experience is an advantage).
  • Good communication skills in English and Malay.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Pleasant personality with strong teamwork and customer service attitude.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by management.
  • Working hour options: 830-530 with Sat alternate week or 830-630 pm Monday to Friday only
