Job summary

TKH ACMV INDUSTRIES SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a site-focused professional to prepare and submit technical catalogs, shop drawings, MOS and RAMS for client approvals, and to handle site administration including permits and safety passes. You will coordinate procurement, issue POs for ACMV equipment, monitor deliveries, and perform material quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Attend regular site progress, technical and coordination meetings with main contractors, consultants and clients.
• Act as on-site technical point of contact to address inter-trade clashes and ensure conformity with drawings.
• Oversee site supervisors, subcontractors and internal teams to maintain quality standards and timelines.
• Assist in testing, balancing, and commissioning procedures prior to final handover.

Issue Purchase Orders (POs) for ACMV equipment (AHU, FCU, VRF/VRV units, exhaust fans, etc.), ductwork, dampers, piping, and insulation.

Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers and factory teams to match project timelines and avoid site delays.

Perform quality checks on incoming site materials against approved specifications.

1. Documentation & Technical Submittals

• Act as the primary technical point of contact on-site to address inter-trade clashes (architectural, structural, M&E).

• Keep management updated on project timelines, site progress, and potential bottleneck risks.

4. Site Execution & Quality Control

• Oversee site supervisors, sub-contractors, and internal installation teams to ensure work aligns with approved drawings and quality standards.

• Monitor site safety compliance and adherence to project deadlines.

• Assist in testing, balancing, and commissioning (T&C) procedures prior to final handover.
