TKH ACMV INDUSTRIES SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a site-focused professional to prepare and submit technical catalogs, shop drawings, MOS and RAMS for client approvals, and to handle site administration including permits and safety passes. Prepare and submit technical material catalogs, shop drawings, Method Statements (MOS), and Risk Assessments (RAMS / HIRARC) for client/consultant approval.
Handle site administrative documentation, including worker permits, safety passes, and work clearance forms.
Prepare progress claims, variation order (VO) documentation, and final handover documents (As-Built Drawings, Operation & Maintenance Manuals).
Issue Purchase Orders (POs) for ACMV equipment (AHU, FCU, VRF/VRV units, exhaust fans, etc.), ductwork, dampers, piping, and insulation.
Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers and factory teams to match project timelines and avoid site delays.
Perform quality checks on incoming site materials against approved specifications.
1. Documentation & Technical Submittals
Prepare and submit technical material catalogs, shop drawings, Method Statements (MOS), and Risk Assessments (RAMS / HIRARC) for client/consultant approval.
Handle site administrative documentation, including worker permits, safety passes, and work clearance forms.

3. Site & Stakeholder Meetings
Attend regular site progress, technical, and coordination meetings with main contractors, consultants, and clients.
Act as the primary technical point of contact on-site to address inter-trade clashes (architectural, structural, M&E).
Keep management updated on project timelines, site progress, and potential bottleneck risks.
4. Site Execution & Quality Control
Oversee site supervisors, sub-contractors, and internal installation teams to ensure work aligns with approved drawings and quality standards.
Monitor site safety compliance and adherence to project deadlines.
Assist in testing, balancing, and commissioning (T&C) procedures prior to final handover.
