Job summary

Pansar Company Sdn Bhd is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for M&E project planning and coordination in Malaysia. You will lead planning, prepare technical submissions, and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely, quality project delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, with 3+ years in ACMV/HVAC, and is proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Word, and MS Project. Independence and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in M&E construction (ACMV/HVAC).
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Carry out project pre-planning and programming for assigned construction projects.
• Attend M&E coordination and project progress meetings.
• Handle project correspondences and documentation.
• Prepare technical submissions and project reports.
• Raise engineering and technical inquiries when necessary.
• Prepare material and equipment procurement orders.
• Prepare purchase orders and letters of award to suppliers, specialists, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed according to schedule and quality requirements.
