THE BEANCOUNTER SDN. BHD. is seeking an Accounts & Tax Executive to support accounting reporting, tax computation, and audit preparations. The role offers sponsorship for professional membership and study leaves, with exposure to statutory audits and client liaison.

Support the preparation of essential accounting reports, helping to keep companies' financial operations running smoothly.
Maintain meticulous accounting records and ensure proper filing in accordance with established procedures, contributing to the accuracy and organization of our financial data.
Assist in the preparation of documents required for statutory audits, working closely with external Auditors to ensure compliance and transparency.
Collaborate with Statutory Auditors, facilitating a smooth audit process.
Preparing analysis of expenses, aiding in tax computation.
Assist in the filing of tax estimates and revisions for companies, ensuring that companies meet their tax obligations promptly and accurately.
Be responsible for the proper filing of tax records according to established procedures.
Handle communications and liaise with clients, auditors, regulatory bodies, and other relevant stakeholders, fostering strong professional relationships and effective information exchange.

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Preferably a member or finalist of a recognised professional accounting body (e.g., ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA, or equivalent).

Able to manage multiple engagements and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal skills to lead and mentor junior team members, and to engage with clients confidently and professionally.
