Job summary

COR CONSULTANCY SDN. BHD. in Malaysia seeks a dedicated accounts professional to support 3–5 clients and manage a full set of accounts. The role offers a stable, full-time Monday–Friday schedule with a 44-hour work week and no overtime beyond that.

The ideal candidate will have Xero hands-on experience or will complete a 10-hour online training to become a Xero Certified Advisor, strong English writing skills, and a solid accounting background. Mandarin speakers preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage client communications in English.
• Experience handling accounts for multiple clients is preferred.
• Strong grasp of basic accounting principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Support and handle the accounts work for 3 to 5 clients.
• Maintain and close full set of accounts per client.
• Work independently with reasonable accounting principles.

Job description

Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8.5 hours a day. 44 hours work week

Support and handle the accounts work for 3 to 5 clients

Handle andable toclose full set of accountswith reasonable accounting principles independently

This role is performance-based and result-orientated.

You are not expected to perform overtime (OT) beyond 44 hours work week, and we willattemptto smooth out your workload.

With over 60s staff, there is room for career progression to other roles with us.

Requirements:

Xero knowledge/ hands on experienceare preferred. Alternatively, you need to take a 10hoursonline training to be Xero Certified Advisor

Must be able to interact and writereasonably inEnglish

Must have reasonable accounting qualification and experiences

Corporate laptop can be provided for certain area's candidate, and applicants must have decent Internet speed (speed test of minimum 20mbps).

Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
