Job summary

COR CONSULTANCY SDN. BHD. in Selangor, Malaysia, seeks an Accounts Staff to support client accounts and manage full set of books.

You will work a 44-hour week (Mon-Fri) with no overtime beyond this limit, and you may be required to interact in English. Mandarin language skills are preferred for Mandarin-speaking clients. A corporate laptop is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum accounting qualification with relevant experience.
• Xero knowledge or hands-on experience preferred.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin helpful.
• Able to complete and close full set of accounts independently.
• 40–44 hour week with no overtime beyond 44 hours.

Responsibilities

• Support and handle the accounts work for 3 to 5 clients.
• Close full set of accounts using sound accounting principles.
• Role is performance-based and result-oriented.

Job description

Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8.5 hours a day. 44 hours work week

Support and handle the accounts work for 3 to 5 clients

Handle andable toclose full set of accountswith reasonable accounting principles independently

This role is performance-based and result-orientated.

You are not expected to perform overtime (OT) beyond 44 hours work week, and we willattemptto smooth out your workload.

Requirements:

Xero knowledge/ hands on experienceare preferred. Alternatively, you need to take a 10hoursonline training to be Xero Certified Advisor

Must be able to interact and writereasonably inEnglish

Must have reasonable accounting qualification and experiences

Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Corporate laptop can be provided for certain area's candidate, and applicants must have decent Internet speed (speed test of minimum 20mbps).
