Job summary

COR CONSULTANCY SDN. BHD. is seeking a full-time accounting support role in Penang. The candidate will manage accounts for 3 to 5 clients, require Xero knowledge or willingness to train, and should be able to deliver a complete set of accounts independently.

Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin speakers preferred. The role offers a 44-hour work week with potential career progression and a corporate laptop provided for eligible areas.

Qualifications

• Xero knowledge/ hands-on experience preferred.
• If not Xero proficient, complete a 10 hours online training to become a Xero Certified Advisor.
• Must be able to read, write and interact reasonably in English.

Responsibilities

• Support and handle the accounts work for 3 to 5 clients.
• Close full set of accounts independently using standard accounting principles.

Job description

Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8.5 hours a day. 44 hours work week

Support and handle the accounts work for 3 to 5 clients

Handle andable toclose full set of accountswith reasonable accounting principles independently

This role is performance-based and result-orientated.

You are not expected to perform overtime (OT) beyond 44 hours work week, and we willattemptto smooth out your workload.

With over 60s staff, there is room for career progression to other roles with us.

Requirements:

Xero knowledge/ hands on experienceare preferred. Alternatively, you need to take a 10hoursonline training to be Xero Certified Advisor

Must be able to interact and writereasonably inEnglish

Must have reasonable accounting qualification and experiences

Corporate laptop can be provided for certain area's candidate, and applicants must have decent Internet speed (speed test of minimum 20mbps).

Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
