Job summary

Tec D Malaysia, part of the TD SYNNEX family, is seeking a Cash Applications specialist to manage customer accounts receivable in SAP, ensure accurate posting, and support month-end close. You will work in a hybrid setup, handling SLA-driven processing and collaborating with collections and local finance teams across APJ.

The role emphasizes accuracy, analytical skills, and a proactive attitude. You will track KPIs monthly, pursue continuous process improvements, and grow within a multinational

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in same or similar roles.
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
• Experience in SAP ERP is preferred.
• Service oriented and ability to manage customer expectations.
• Good verbal and written English level.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Proactive and "can-do" attitude.
• Flexible and organized person with ability to work in dynamic and fast paced environment, with tight deadlines.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good analytical skills.
• Result driven.
• Good team player.
• Willing to learn and ready to grow in a multinational company.

Responsibilities

• Month End Close activities: aged open items tracking, clean up and/or write off.
• Fulfill Service Level Agreements (SLA) of processing turnaround time.
• Opportunity for hybrid/cross skilling as part of career progression in customer invoice processing.
• Track, review and present Key Performance Indicators (KPI) on a monthly basis to management.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, especially collection team and local finance departments of all APJ subsidiaries.
