Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring for Japanese and Korean speaking roles within the Accounts Payable team. The position involves Procure to Pay (PTP) processing, invoice coding, and end-to-end AP tasks for our clients.

This is a permanent, hybrid role based in Petaling Jaya / Bangsar, with a 9am–6pm schedule and visa sponsorship/renewal available. The total package can reach up to RM13,000.

Qualifications

Fluency in Korean or Japanese required.
Experience with Accounts Payable processes and invoice coding.

Responsibilities

Procure to Pay (PTP) Analyst role for AP processing.
Responsible for processing/ coding invoices in the AP system.
Handle end-to-end accounts payable operations including invoice processing, payment preparation and forecasting, and vendor master data maintenance.
