Job summary

A local manufacturing company based in Johor, Malaysia, is looking for an accounting professional to manage expenses, prepare reports, and monitor cash flow. You will be responsible for inputting invoices, checking supplier documentation, and ensuring accurate monthly and weekly payments. Ideal candidates should have a background in accounting and experience in a manufacturing environment, with skills in Microsoft Office and accounting software. Attractive salary package offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Key in expenses and purchase invoice into the system.
• Check PO, DO, supplier invoice before issuing the Payment Voucher.
• Prepare monthly and weekly payment.
• Prepare monthly sales report.
• Monitor daily cash flow planning and transactions to prepare cashflow forecast.
• Prepare SST submission every two months.
