Job summary

DSV Shared Services Asia Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia seeks an Accounts Supervisor to lead a team of accountants and oversee accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate records and timely payments.

You will drive process improvements and work with cross functional teams in a multinational environment. The ideal candidate has 7–9 years in accounting/finance, at least 3 years in management, and holds a degree in accounting or a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related discipline.
• 7–9 years' experience in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
• Management experience of at least 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and related processes.
• Maintain ledgers by verifying and posting transactions.
• Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and balances.
• Coordinate with ISSC to verify and record payables correctly.
• Ensure timely payments to vendors as per terms.
• Prepare analyses of accounts and monthly reports.
• Provide coaching and leadership to the accounting team.
