You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments in compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.### Key Responsibilities* Process vendor invoices and employee expense claims accurately and in a timely manner* Perform 3-way matching (purchase order, goods receipt, invoice) before processing payments* Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies or disputes* Liaise with internal departments and external vendors on payment-related queries* Assist in month-end closing activities including AP aging reports and accruals* Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit purposes* Support process improvement initiatives to enhance AP efficiency### Requirements* Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field* 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role* Proficiency in accounting software (preferred: SAP S4/HANA)* Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy* Good communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlinesDayOne is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
