Job summary

Roche Malaysia invites applications for an Accounts Payable professional to support end-to-end AP processes within the global shared services network.

Responsibilities include PO/invoice processing, supplier reconciliations, month-end closing, audits, and system training for team members. The role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and collaboration with business partners across functions.

Qualifications

• A degree in Finance & Accounting, Commerce, or equivalent.
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, MIA) is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in English.
• At least 0-1 year of experience in transactional accounting teams within a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• AP end to end operations: receive, sort, verify, handle exceptions, barcode, scan and pre-archive AP documents.
• Validate and process PO and contract-based invoices, non-PO invoices, prepayments and down payments.
• Review supplier open items before executing payments.
• Perform duplicate checks and sanction screening; report exceptions to Compliance Team.
• Month End Closing and Reporting Activities.
