• Prepare and post accounting entries into the accounting system.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
• Assist to maintain finance department records and archives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Assist external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities during audits and reviews.
• To conduct any ad-hoc task instructed by superior.
