Job summary

TEMPORA FOOD INDUSTRY SDN BHD in Shah Alam is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including financial reporting, payments, payroll, and HR-related records.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance, with 2–3 years of accounting and payroll experience. Proficiency in UBS or AutoCount, knowledge of EPF/SOCSO/EIS/PCB/HRDF/EA Form, and fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin are required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in accounting and payroll.
• HR functions experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in UBS or AutoCount accounting systems.
• Knowledgeable in Malaysian statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF, EA Form).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full set of accounts: AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management and financial reports.
• Review journal entries, accruals, and account adjustments; monitor cash flow.
• Process supplier payments; verify invoices and approvals.
• Process monthly payroll; verify attendance and deductions.
