Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in General Ledger functions.
• Good knowledge of double-entry accounting and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with accounting software/ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good time management and organizational abilities.
• Able to work independently and meet month-end reporting deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly journal entries per accounting standards and policies.
• Maintain GL accounts and perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage monthly close and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Analyze financial statements and highlight variances for management.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and accounting schedules.
• Prepare and submit charity-related reports to relevant parties.
• Assist audits with schedules, documents, and coordinating visits.
• Assist with annual tax submissions and documentation for agents.
• Support SST submissions and payments.
• Provide accounting information to auditors and external parties.
• Maintain Fixed Assets Register as backup.
• Provide backup for inventory management and maintain item master data.
• Other duties as assigned.
