Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking an Accounts Executive to ensure accuracy of financial records and support timely reporting. You will own AP, bank accounts, GL, and closing processes, interfacing with suppliers and internal teams across regions.

You will verify invoices, process payments in Oracle, manage credit card expenses, and contribute to reporting while supporting ad hoc tasks in a dynamic, cross-border environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• At least 2 years in General Ledger, Financial Accounting, or Accounts Payable.
• Experience managing month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-country collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AP functions, corporate bank accounts, GL and month-end/year-end closing.
• Check and verify AP invoices and enter into Oracle.
• Liaise with suppliers for information and statements.
• Create and process bank payments timely.
• Enter and process credit card expenses end-to-end.
• Complete required reporting (aging, liability tracker).
• Support ad hoc tasks.

Job Description

In this role, you are responsible to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial records. This role supports timely and accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and smooth month-end and year-end closing processes.

As an Accounts Executive, you will:

• Report to the Finance Manager. You will be accountable for the end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) functions, the Corporate Bank Accounts, General Ledger and Month-end/Year-end closing procedures.
• Check and verify AP invoices and enter into Oracle
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain/provide relevant information and/ statement of account
• Create bank payments to suppliers/3rd parties accurately and on a timely basis
• Timely & accurate enter and create payment immediately in Oracle
• All credit card expenses - end to end processing
• Complete and assist with required reporting (aging report, liability tracker etc.)
• Other ad hoc tasks assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in General Ledger, Financial Accounting, or Accounts Payable
• Experience managing month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across different countries and time zones.
