Job summary

EXEO Global Pte Ltd in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage daily accounting tasks, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger reconciliations, supporting monthly closing and audit readiness.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma in accounting or finance, is proficient in MS Excel, and has familiarity with SAP; experience with auditors and tax agents is a plus, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Accounting / Finance.
• Experience in using MS Excel.
• Knowledge in SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic bookkeeping duties including Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable and General Ledger, including preparation of schedules and reconciliations.
• Process payments and ensure the compliance to Company policy for matters such as purchase requisition, verification of supplier invoice, etc.
• Assist in preparation of monthly reports for management review.
• Assist in handling auditors, tax agents, corporate secretary, and banker.
• Any other duties assigned as and when it required.
