Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and supporting documents.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing processes.
  • Ensure timely submission of SST reports and compliance with tax regulations
  • Handle supplier and customer invoices & payments in compliance with company policies.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Support management with financial analysis and budgeting.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.


Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
