The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the accounting department with administrative tasks. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.

Key Details

• Availability: Monday to Saturday, Morning shifts
• 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
• Expected salary: RM1,800 – RM2,300 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and on time.
• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers and databases.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
• Prepare financial reports and summaries as required.
• Support payroll processing and expense reimbursements.
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Assist with audits and financial documentation as needed.
• Perform general administrative duties related to accounting.
