Job summary

Francazure Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks an accounting assistant to strengthen cash flow control and banking report preparation. You will handle reconciliations of invoices, employee claims, receipts, supplier statements and journal vouchers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will liaise with bankers, suppliers and auditors, supporting general administration and finance tasks such as monthly stock takes and commission schedules.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting/finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years accounting experience.
• English and Bahasa Malaysia understood; Mandarin an advantage.
• Good communication and multitasking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Good in cash flow control and preparation of bank related reports.
• Reconcile invoices, employee claims, cash receipts, supplier statements and journal vouchers.
• Liaise with bankers, suppliers and auditors.
• Provide support in general administration & financial functions such as monthly stock take and commission schedule.
• Other ad-hoc assignment.
