Job summary
AFA Strategic Consultancy Sdn Bhd – Melaka, Melaka is seeking an Accounts Associate/Executive (Mandarin Speaker) to join our finance team. You will manage full sets of accounts, perform reconciliations, and prepare monthly management reports.
Fresh graduates are welcome and bilingual Mandarin/English communication is required. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance, is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to start immediately or on short notice.
Qualifications
- Min. education requirement: Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- Fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years of experience are welcome
- Good Communication Skills in Mandarin and English.
Responsibilities
- To handle full set of accounts: AP, AR, and G/L.
- To perform monthly bank reconciliation, monthly analysis.
- To submit management report as per dateline.
- To assists superior as when required.
- To perform any other ad-hod assignment as and when required
- Handle day to day operations of accounting record & filling
