Job summary

Sun Ngai Sing Mould Industries in Puchong is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage payable and receivable, assist in year-end audit, and handle payroll. The role requires a Diploma/degree in accounting and 2–3 years' experience, with proficiency in accounting software and strong multilingual communication.

You will support administration tasks, ensure timely closing deadlines, and contribute to accurate filing and reporting while communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients when needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Accounting or related field.
• 2–3 years of practical accounting experience.
• Familiar with accounting software and computer literate.
• Able to work independently and under pressure to meet closing deadlines.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin for client communication.
• Willingness to learn and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Handle Account Payable (prepare payments to creditors and other expenses).
• Handle Account Receivable (monitor and follow up customer payments).
• Assist in accounts, director claims, receipts issuing.
• Assist in year-end audit.
• Upkeep of accounts filing.
• Prepare monthly payroll.
• Undertake other accounts and administration duties as requested.
