Job summary

FFM Berhad in Malaysia is seeking two Accounts Assistants for a six-month contract to support our Finance team, based in Sg Buloh and Puncak Alam respectively.

You will perform data entry for accounting transactions, assist with filing and documentation, and support the Finance Manager with ad-hoc duties. Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage, but not required, and a commitment of at least 6 months is expected.

Qualifications

• Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with good data entry accuracy.
• Able to commit for at least 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry for accounting transactions (e.g. invoices, receipts, journals) into the accounting system.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and documentation.
• Support the Finance Manager/Accountant with any ad-hoc duties as needed.
