Job summary

Slimlab Solution is seeking an accounting professional in Kuala Lumpur to manage daily financial entries and monthly payroll. The role requires meticulous record-keeping, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with SQL Accounting or AutoCount software.

English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin language skills are desirable for communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of relevant experience and can work independently while maintaining organized financial documents and

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience; bookkeeping and payroll experience is preferred.
• Familiar with accounting software such as SQL Accounting, AutoCount, or similar.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, organized, meticulous, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Record daily sales, expenses, and bank transactions, and perform monthly bank reconciliation.
• Process monthly payroll, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB submissions.
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents, receipts, invoices, and staff records.
• Handle general administrative duties and liaise with external accountants/auditors when required.
