Job summary

HF Lifestyle is seeking a detail‑oriented Finance professional to manage reporting, budgeting and cashflow tasks. The role involves preparing management reports, reviewing monthly statements, and ensuring proper supporting documents for payments.

You will liaise with multiple departments to gather documentation, forecast cash flow, and assist with tax and audit queries. Prior experience with Singapore accounts is a plus.

Qualifications

• LCCI or Diploma in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
• 2-5 years working experience in accounts.
• Experience handling Singapore accounts will be advantageous.
• Meticulous with details and able to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Management Reports accurately in accordance with approved accounting standards.
• Review monthly Management Reports and highlight abnormalities.
• Check payments and ensure proper supporting documents are attached before submission for signatures.
• Liaise with relevant departments to obtain proper documentation for checking and reconciliation; ensure effective cashflow management.
• Prepare forecasted cashflow and placement for excess funds.
• Prepare budgeted P&L, Balance Sheet and cashflow within the stipulated timeframe.
• Check tax computation and liaise with tax agent.
• Liaise with auditors and respond to queries.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Prepare Management Report accurately and in accordance to approved Accounting Standards

1. To review the monthly Management Report and to highlight abnormality

2. To check payments and to ensure proper supporting documents are attached before submitting for signatures

3. To liaise with relevant department to obtain proper documentation for checking and reconciliation
Effective Cashflow Management

4. Prepare forecasted cashflow and do placement for excess fund
Budgeting and Forecasting

5. To prepare budgeted Profit & Loss , Balance Sheet and Cashflow within the stipulated timeframe
Timely completion of audit and submission of tax returns

6. To check tax computation and to liaise with tax agent

7. To liaise with auditor and attend to queries raised

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

At least LCCI, Diploma and above / in Finance/Accounting or equivalent;

Minimum 2-5 years working experience in Accounts Department

Experience and knowledge handle Singapore accounts will be advantage

Meticulous with details and good timekeeper. Demonstrate high level commitment, and ability to work under tight deadline
