Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions, maintain accounting records, and ensure supporting documents are complete and accurate.
• Assist in processing supplier invoices, payments, customer billing, collections, and monitoring outstanding balances.
• Perform bank reconciliations, assist with journal entries, and maintain accurate general ledger accounts.
• Support the preparation of monthly financial reports, account schedules, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
• Assist with audit requirements, maintain proper financial documentation, and support compliance with internal procedures, accounting standards, and relevant regulations.
