Job summary

KHASS EVENT MANAGEMENT SDN BHD in Ipoh invites an energetic Accounting intern to join our team for hands-on exposure to daily financial operations.

You will assist with invoices, payment vouchers, data entry and monthly reports, while learning proper filing and documentation in a collaborative environment.

This 3–6 month internship runs Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM at our Warehouse location in Ipoh, offering practical accounting experience and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily accounting and financial tasks.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers and other accounting documents.
• Enter data and update accounting records.
• Check and organise invoices, receipts and documents.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and reconcile accounts.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Support the Account team with other duties as assigned.
