Huntsman is offering a 6-month accounting internship in Kuala Lumpur for students majoring in Accounting or Finance. Training will be provided across Intercompany, General Ledger, and Fixed Assets, with performance evaluated on work quality, learning agility, and collaboration.

Interns will have exposure to process improvement, digitalisation, and automation projects within a global finance organisation, gaining practical experience beyond routine tasks.

Formación

• Accounting/Finance major required.
• Proficient in English and computer literate.
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Willing to work on shift hours during month end closing.
• Five internship positions available for six months.
• Allowance of RM 1200/month.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.00 or above (preferred).
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines following training.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Available for a minimum internship period of 6 months.

Responsabilidades

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist in account reconciliations and financial analysis.
• Support General Ledger, Intercompany, and Fixed Assets processes.
• Assist in preparing reports, schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Support audit requests and compliance activities.
• Perform data analysis using Excel and other finance systems.
• Assist with SAP and other finance applications where applicable.
