Job summary

Jora Malaysia is offering an accounting internship to provide hands-on experience in data entry and filing of financial documents. You will assist with invoices, vouchers, receipts, and basic accounts payable/receivable tasks.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor\u2019s in Accounting or Finance, with basic MS Office skills, good communication, and the ability to work independently or in a team. A minimum of three months is preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in data entry and filing of accounting documents.
• Support the preparation and processing of invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
• Reconcile invoices and supporting documents.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Assist in preparing accounting reports and schedules.
• Perform general administrative duties as assigned by the Accounts team.
• Undertake any other duties assigned by the Head of Department.
