Job summary

Safran Landing Systems Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a finance professional to handle data entry in the SAP FI module, focusing on AR, AP and journals. The role includes processing payments, liaising with suppliers on payment status and preparing reconciliations.

You will support treasury activities and monthly closing processes in a dynamic, safety-conscious environment. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in accounting, with 2–3 years of relevant

Responsibilities

• Key-in data into SAP FI module (AR, AP, Journals).
• Process payments and update SAP FI modules.
• Liaise with suppliers on payment status.
• Prepare supplier reconciliations and take appropriate actions.
• Manage treasury and related reporting.

Job description

Key-in data into SAP FI module mainly on AR, AP and Journals matters.

Process payments and update into SAP FI modules.

Liaison with the suppliers, especially on payment status.

Prepare suppliers reconciliation and act accordingly.

Manage treasury and related reporting.

Prepare bank reconciliation and update bank clearing in SAP FI modules.

Prepare and monitor application for Letter of Credit, Banker’s Guarantee, Bank Draft, etc.

Prepare Cash Flow reports.

Liaison with Group Treasury and banks.

Prepare balance sheet reconciliation

Ensure accurate and timely monthly closing

Assist in yearly audit and taxation

Ensure that recording and filling are always updated.

Adhere and actively participate in occupational Safety, Health and Environmental policies, Energy policies procedures and activities such as I-See I-Act, GPI, low carbon initiative etc.

Adhere and comply with Business Ethics, Anti-Corruption, Flight Safety Management System, and others relevant policies, procedures and activities.

Perform other finance and accounting related duties as required by Management and Superiors.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in Financial or Management Accounting.

Minimum 2-3 years working experience in Financial or Management Accounting.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Good organizational skills.

Strong in accounting standard and taxation knowledge.

Possess business curiosity to understand the business environment.

Preferable with SAP knowledge.

Preferable with auditing experience.
