Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA/CPA.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and ability to apply it in complex scenarios.
• Experience with finance systems and cross-country collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review manual journals related to fixed asset activity with strong supporting documentation.
• Complete fixed asset account reconciliations in Blackline within deadlines.
• Ensure timely accounting for asset additions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation.
• Collaborate with local country finance teams and respond to queries quickly.
• Provide audit support and readiness for internal and external reviews.
• Support regional and global reporting, including monthly Balance Sheet and P&L flux analysis.
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with focus on fixed assets.
• Ensure processes align with policies, audit requirements and local regulations.
• Contribute to local, regional, and global projects with cross-functional collaboration.
• Champion continuous improvement of fixed asset processes.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven track record in a multinational environment and/or audit.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and ability to apply it in complex scenarios.
• Analytical thinker with excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills — diplomatic, flexible, and a “can‑do” mindset.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in reporting tools including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA/CPA.
• Experience with JDE, Blackline, Alteryx, and W-Desk is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
• Flexibility to work additional hours at critical times (e.g., month‑end) and, on rare occasions, public holidays.
