Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an accounting professional to manage a full set of accounts with month-end closing and to produce monthly revenue projection reports. The role involves AR and AP, bank reconciliation, and preparation of financial reports, along with invoicing and client communications.

You will work with Excel and various accounting software, demonstrating strong attention to detail and independent work ethic.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle full set of accounts with month-end closing.
• Experience in AR and AP.
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding accounts, payments, invoices.
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with accounting software.
• Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willing to perform ad-hoc duties.
• Candidates able to relocate to Ipoh preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts with month-end closing.
• Produce monthly revenue projection reports.
• Manage Accounts Receivable transactions, reconciliation and client follow-up.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accounting records.
• Prepare and analyze revenue, costs and expenses.
• Manage invoicing, official receipts, credit notes and debit notes.
• Communicate with clients about accounts, payments and invoices.
• Draft clear, professional emails and follow-ups to clients.
• Utilize Excel and accounting software for daily tasks.
