Job summary

2201 United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a fresh graduate to support daily operations within the Account Maintenance Group. You will process and maintain customer and account updates as Maker or Checker, following SOPs and SLAs to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities include monitoring exception reports, contributing to UAT for system enhancements, and supporting data remediation and validation.

Qualifications

• A recognised degree in any business-related field.
• Fresh graduates and those with less than 2 years working experience are encouraged to apply.
• Possess good analytical and communication skills.
• A good team player with strong interpersonal skill.
• Basic knowledge of Python, Excel Macros, advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain all customer and account-related updates as Maker or Checker, ensuring SOPs and SLAs are met.
• Review and monitor exceptional maintenance reports and escalate issues as needed.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and support DR/BCP exercises.
• Assist with ad-hoc data remediation, validation, and other operational tasks.
