Mediaplus Digital, Your Partner to Greatness! in Malaysia seeks an Account Manager to grow relationships with existing and new clients, market agency services, and coordinate with in-house designers to translate web features and design requirements into clear briefs.

You will ensure SLA commitments on availability, reliability, and response times and keep clients updated on project progress. With a Diploma in Digital Marketing and 2–3 years in an agency, you handle SME clients, tell data-driven

Competenze

• Diploma in Digital Marketing or a similar subject.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in advertising, digital, social, and client-facing in an agency environment
• Experience dealing with SME clients and handling their objections
• Passionate about digital marketing, understanding trends, digital strategies, and metrics
• Ability to tell stories with data
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task and handle numerous projects simultaneously
• Highly organized with a keen sense of attention to detail
• Ability to perform under stress to meet deadlines while maintaining a high output standard

• Proactively provide the Account Servicing Manager with regular updates on account activities, including status and call reports
• Be the main communicator between in-house designers and clients by providing accurate translation of web features and design requirements
