Jora Malaysia is seeking an accounting professional to handle the full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL) and bank reconciliations, and to prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and costing reports.
You will monitor cash flow and profitability, process payments and supplier invoices, file statutory reports, and assist with audits while liaising with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulators to ensure compliance and accurate records.

Handle the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and costing reports accurately and on time.
Monitor cash flow, costs, profitability, and maintain proper accounting records.
Process payments, supplier invoices, and staff claims.
Prepare and submit SST, withholding tax, and other statutory reports where applicable.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary, and government authorities.
Assist in annual audit, tax filing, budgeting, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on collections where applicable.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Assist management with financial analysis, reporting, and other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience in an audit firm, law firm, or corporate finance environment is an added advantage.
