Job summary

Sinergia Talents is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage daily operations in the accounts and finance department. The role involves preparing and maintaining financial records, data entry of transactions, and handling reconciliations and payables/receivables.

The candidate should have 3 years of relevant experience and a diploma in Accountancy or Finance. Strong MS Office and accounting software skills, plus attention to detail, are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting.
• Diploma in Accountancy or Finance or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of accounts and finance department.
• Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
• Enter key data of financial transactions daily.
• Handle bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, disbursements, vouchers, and receipts.
• Ensure proper filing of accounting documents and records.
• Adhere to company procedures and accounting principles.
• Ensure smooth and efficient department operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To manage day to day operations of accounts and finance department.
• Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
• Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database.
• Managing accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable and account receivable, disbursements, expenses vouchers and receipts.
• To ensure proper filing of accounting documents and records
• Abiding by all company procedures and accounting principles.
• Ensuring accounting department run smoothly and efficiently.
• Any other job and responsibilities assigned by superior.

JOBREQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 years working experience in similar capacity in finance capacity.
• Minimum Certificate in diploma in Accountancy or Finance or related experience.
