A leading manufacturing company in Johor Bahru is seeking an Accounting Officer to manage daily accounting operations and provide HR support. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Accounting and 2-4 years of experience. Key responsibilities include handling inventory, participating in stock counts, and liaising with head office. Free parking, maternity leave, and bonus opportunities are offered.
Perform day to day accounting operations and ensure accounting records are compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Handle matters related t inventory & costing.
Participate in stock count by compiling report, summarize & analyze.
Provide day to day administrative & HR support to the branch office.
Liaise with head office departments and collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the branch.
Undertake ad hoc duties as and when assigned.
Minimum Qualification required Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2-4 year experienced working as Accounting Officer or similar position
With advanced computer skills included Microsoft Office.
Manufacturing costing knowledge will be added advantage.
Knowledge of SST reporting will be added advantage.
Pro‑active individual with good working attitude, willing to learn & able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
Possess strong analytical, communication & interpersonal skills.
