is seeking a diligent Financial Assistant to support the Finance department with accounting and administrative tasks in Malaysia, including invoice processing and reconciliation. You will record invoices, check expenditures, process payments, prepare journals and adjustments, participate in stock takes, and assist the supervisor to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting in line with DOA and company policies.

Qualifications

• SPM holder or Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Experience with bank reconciliation, payment records and financial transactions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
