Job summary

Polperro is seeking a detail‑oriented candidate to manage daily sales checks, reconciliation, and monthly data entry into the SQL accounting system. You will monitor cash sales, verify payments from delivery partners, and maintain accurate sales documentation across outlets.

Responsibilities include supporting audit processes, ensuring timely monthly reporting, and adhering to closing deadlines. A keen eye for detail and basic SQL skills are preferred for this role in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Experience with sales reporting and reconciling payments is preferred.
• Ability to work with daily and monthly reporting cycles.
• Familiar with SQL-based accounting systems.

• Monitor cash sales and report daily by outlet.
• Reconcile bank statements with sales figures.
• Key in sales in SQL accounting system monthly.
