Job summary

BATERIKU (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking an accounts assistant to support daily financial operations in Shah Alam.

The role focuses on petty cash management, processing payments, accounts payable/receivable tasks, data entry, filing, and assisting with audits and stock takes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and reimburse petty cash within 3 working days.
• Assist in preparing accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare payment requests from departments.
• Maintain aged payables within the credit term.
• Ensure all payments and receipts are properly recorded on a daily basis.
• Handle data entry and filing of financial documents.
• Assist with sales reconciliation.
• Participate in audit and stock take activities.
