Polymorph Recruitment client in the education sector seeks an Academic & Operations Manager based at Megan Avenue II, Kuala Lumpur. You will oversee academic delivery and day-to-day operations, coordinating with teams in Malaysia, Singapore and China to ensure MUET-aligned curriculum and exam processes.

Responsibilities include managing class schedules, facilities and staff, supervising teaching quality, handling student lifecycle from enrolment to retention, and tracking KPIs for management

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, English or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in education management, academic operations or training centre management.
• Knowledge of MUET or similar English proficiency exams is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily centre operations and implement SOPs and process improvements.
• Manage class schedules, resource allocation and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with academic standards and examination regulations.
• Supervise teaching quality and MUET-aligned curriculum delivery; plan mock exams and assessments.
• Oversee the full student lifecycle: enrolment, progress, performance and retention.
• Manage and schedule full-time and part-time instructors; run training and alignment sessions.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of teaching staff.
• Follow up on university partnerships and maintain relationships with local universities and recruitment partners.
• Coordinate across Malaysia, Singapore and China teams, including external stakeholders.
• Track KPIs (enrolment, retention, academic results) and prepare management reports.
