Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 2-3 years of teaching or laboratory experience.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety standards.
• Experience with curriculum development.
• Experience with e-learning platforms and digital teaching tools.
• Master's degree or professional certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures in accordance with course curricula and syllabus standards.
• Maintain professional standards in teaching methodology and student interaction.
• Prepare and conduct practical laboratory sessions and ensure lab safety.
• Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
