Airbus Helicopters Malaysia SDN. BHD. seeks an entry-level specialist to support Ground Support Device activities for the A400M fleet on-site at Subang, covering MDS queries and live operations. You will aid RMAF personnel, administer databases and access rights, and help coordinate aircraft retrofit activities when needed.

This fixed-term role requires a diploma (engineering or IT), good English/Malay, strong communication, and a commitment to integrity and teamwork in a high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or IT with 1 year of aircraft maintenance system/records experience.
• Good command of English and Malay, written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to interpret regulatory requirements and workplace agreements.
• Independent worker with high credibility and integrity.

Responsabilités

• Advise on MDS support for platform and application services during LIVE operations.
• Track, acknowledge, escalate, and implement MDS AMTAC queries and close incidents.
• Contribute to QKDB with query details and accurate answers harmonized with GSD.
• Provide on-site system support, training, and management of databases, access rights and servers for RMAF.
• Uphold Airbus Values, Leadership Model and Code of Conduct as a model for others.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Maintain awareness of compliance risks and act with integrity.
