Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking a skilled Project Manager to drive end-to-end project delivery for process heating systems across oil & gas, petrochemical, and offshore industries. You will lead the project team, coordinate internal and vendor activities, and ensure delivery within scope, cost, time, and quality while monitoring risk and compliance.

The company are seeking a Project Manager to ensure successful end-to-end project delivery by managing scope, cost, timeline, and quality while coordinating internal teams, vendors, and clients. The role also supports risk control and compliance to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Job Descriptions:

• Manage the project team in preparing schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
• Manage project progress, costing to ensure it meets contractual obligation to clients within budget.
• Interact with the clients to ensure their needs and requirements are taken up positively and objectively.
• Work closely with procurement department to ensure sub-vendor supplies meet the project schedule.
• Responsible for the project's success (scope, budget, time, quality, delivery).
• To setup appropriate project team structure.
• Continuously project risk evaluation and tracking with respect to the defined.
• To proactively manage deviation, potential concern, escalation, and changes from internal and external parties.

Requirements:

• Degree in any related Engineering field.
• At least 5 years working experience in project management.
• Organized, meticulous and self-disciplined.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills and confidence in dealing with clients at international level.
• Experience in complete project execution cycle from kick off meeting, engineering, documentation, procurement, production and fabrication, FAT and SAT.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
